Privacy Policy

 The purpose of this policy is to advise you as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from LeeLe Nail Salon, and the steps and procedure that can be taken if you, the customer are not satisfied with the services you receive from LeeLe Nail Salon.

Tardiness

 Scheduled appointments have a 10-minute grace period to allow for traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we might refuse partial or complete services.

 Cancellations 

 Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling us. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. • In the event of repeated cancel/ no show appointments without proper notice then any recurring appointments, or future bookings will also be cancelled. If you wish to keep your scheduled appointments, please call the salon within 3 days of your missed appointment to secure them. 

 Refunds, Returns and Exchanges 

•  If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. 
•  We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind. 
•  We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. 
•  As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. 
•  We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused. 

 Personal Items 

LeeLe Nail Salon is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services.  Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind. 

 What you need to do 

•  Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the salon manager. 
•  Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any service. 
•  Whilst receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away. 
•  Inform the staff member or salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff, or any service. 
•  Inform the salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails. 

 Treatment Recommendations 

 It is vital for clients to make & book acrylic/gel refill appointments in order to maintain the nail enhancements and to avoid damage to the client’s natural nails. • Nail enhancements should never be self-removed by the client, as this can result in damage to the natural nails. We offer professional and safe removal of nail extensions and polishes at a cost. 

 Treatment Expectations 

 Clients should expect nail extensions to gradually wear-off with time. Extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood in the lifting of the nail extensions. We recommend nail enhancements or refills every 2 weeks. • The long-wear of nail polish is also dependent on wear & tear clients should expect it to chip or peel. Regular polishes may last up to 3 days and whilst Gel Polishes should be guaranteed up to 2 weeks, however this is also dependent on the situation.
